Gillian Sandhoff has been my accountant since I started in business some ten years ago. Unlike other previous accountants that I have used, Gillian took the time to discuss with me at length the various options for structuring my business and outlined the positive and negative elements of each structure. My husband and I own and operate a high traffic grocery/take away store. At the end of last year, we considered selling our business and undertaking a new venture.
